At Formschmiede, we consciously take care to use consistent materials and colors to ensure the most uniform appearance and quality possible.

❓ Are your products functional or technical components?

No. Our products are not functional, technical, or safety-related components .
They serve exclusively decorative, playful, or organizational purposes .

❓ Are the products stable?

Our products are dimensionally stable and durable for their intended use.
However, they are not designed for continuous mechanical stress, technical applications, or safety-related uses .

❓ Why can there be slight differences between individual products?

Although at Formschmiede we place great importance on always using the same materials and colors , each product is individually manufactured using 3D printing .
Typical printing characteristics such as fine layer lines or minimal surface deviations cannot be completely avoided and make each piece unique .

❓ Are the products food-safe?

No, our products are not food-safe and are not suitable for direct contact with food.

❓ What quality standards does Formschmiede have?

At Formschmiede, we place great emphasis on accuracy, clean workmanship and attention to detail .

Each product is manufactured with precise printing settings , carefully selected materials, and consistent color standards.
Each piece is visually inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

❓ Why are details still visible on 3D-printed products?

3D printing is a precise, but layer-based manufacturing process .
Fine layer lines or minimal surface features are typical of printing and not a quality defect – on the contrary: they show that it is an individually manufactured product .

Nevertheless, at Formschmiede we make sure that:

• The edges are cleanly finished.

• Shapes appear clear and uniform

• the overall appearance is high quality

❓ Are the products checked before shipping?

Yes. Every product is checked before shipping to ensure that:

• The shape and dimensions are correct

• the product is cleanly manufactured

• There are no obvious printing errors.

🎨 Individualization

❓ Can I have products customized?

Yes, customizations are generally possible at Formschmiede , but only upon request .

If you are interested in customization (e.g., color, size, or minor design details), please contact us before placing your order via the contact form or by email.
We will gladly check whether and to what extent implementation is possible.

❓ Can I have my own design or file printed?

Custom designs or files can be reviewed upon request .

Please note:

• We do not print functional, technical, or safety-relevant parts.

• We do not print copyrighted designs, files or trademarks unless a corresponding usage or printing license is in place.

• Only decorative, organizational, and leisure items are being implemented.

Implementation will only take place after prior consultation and approval.

❓ Are personalized products excluded from exchange?

Yes. Customized products , manufactured specifically according to customer specifications, are excluded from the right of withdrawal , provided there is no production defect.

❓ Can I have my own design printed?

We'd be happy to review your design.
Please note, however, that we do not print any technical, functional or safety-related parts , but exclusively decorative, organizational and leisure items .

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

❓ How long does delivery take?

Shipping usually takes place within 2-5 working days .

All products shown as available on our website are in stock and will be shipped immediately upon receipt of order.

Should an item be temporarily out of stock in exceptional cases, it will be immediately restocked . Our inventory is continuously digitally recorded and monitored , allowing us to react quickly and avoid delays as much as possible.

In this case, we will of course proactively inform you about the current status of your order.

❓ Are all products only produced after an order is placed?

No. The products available on our website are in stock and ready to ship.
A new production run only occurs if an item unexpectedly sells out.

❓ How will I be notified about the shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all relevant information.

We currently deliver to Austria

❓ How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout (currently €6.39 with tracking) .
(Optional: Shipping is free for orders over €50.)

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal , provided:

• the product was not personalized

• and is in unused condition

Please note:
If the customer withdraws from the contract in accordance with this provision, the customer must bear the costs of the return shipment .
We therefore recommend packing the products well to avoid damage on the return journey.

❓ What happens if the delivery is damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
We will quickly find a suitable solution.

Our products are not intended for technical, mechanical, or safety-related applications .
The product may only be used for the described decorative or organizational purposes .
